    We examine your responsibility, current decisions and recurring bottlenecks, and define working objectives.

  2. Weekly 1:1 Advisory Sessions

    We work on concrete situations, patterns and decision processes. Reviews and reflection prompts connect the conversations to your daily work.

  3. Between sessions

    You test new ways of working. Support is available between sessions for important decisions; we agree channel and scope before we begin.

  4. Executive Performance Report

    We consolidate insights, routines and open development questions into your individual Executive Operating System.
